  • Develop coping strategies to address emotions without turning to food for comfort. This may involve mindfulness techniques, therapy, or stress-management practices.

  • Implementing sustainable lifestyle changes that support overall health and well-being. This may include adopting balanced eating habits, engaging in regular physical activity, managing stress effectively, and seeking support from healthcare professionals or support groups.
